I met Ronnie at the Fall Festival in Mt. Airy NC in 2024. He and his wife are wonderful people. When I met the Magnanimous team at a Richmond Va. event I finally found the best beard products on the market! Many people ask me about my beard and I always tell them about Magnanimous. So I started out using many small batch companies. Once I found Magnanimous . It’s the only product I’ll ever use. For his washes to oil to butter.
Man, as usual I love this product. Good product good price. I love supporting small business. Been using this product for about six years now.
I love the product and have been ordering using the buy 3 get 1 free deal for the past several orders. However that deal is now gone. When I reached out to customer support, I was told this was replaced by the lightning bolts. Fine. But that means using the lightning bolts, I would need to buy 50 to get 1 free. Not so good. Customer Service told me that was the trade off for the new website and that MB had to pick and choose their battles. Seems like the loser in that battle is the customer.
